Rehearsing Peace - A Participatory Performance
Rehearsing Peace proposes dance as a space for encounter. Through simple actions—listening, supporting, yielding, accompanying—participants explore different ways of being together within a shared time and space.
The project takes the form of a one-week workshop (4 hours per day): a collective creative process in which participants develop the performance together with Agustina Sario. No previous dance experience is required. An open call to the local community can be organized, with registrations gathered through a standard application questionnaire.
The outcome of this collaborative process is presented as a public performance.
The open call welcomes anyone curious about moving, sharing, and taking part in a collective experience. Every body has a place.
This format was developed in collaboration with the Juan de Borbón Foundation in Segovia for the opening of the MUSEG Festival.
